Tiger Bites Street Food Affair @ Rooftop Avenue K

November 21, 2015

Do you still remember that i went to Penang 2D1N trip of Tiger Bites Campaign to uncage street foods? We had so much fun and missing the trip now...throwback @here
After a solid two months quest for the best street food gems, Tiger Bites hosted a food festival to celebrate the amazing reception the campaign has garnered with some of the best hawker food in town.
A rooftop in the heart of town, Avenue K transformed to resemble popular street food markets, a gastronomic spread of famous Malaysia hawker food were dished out at the al fresco dining festival.
I was invited to this extraordinary street food affair, thanks for Tiger Bites, i was indulged in the wide array of yummy nom noms while enjoy ice cold Tiger Beer and looking at this beautiful city skyline.

Tiger Bites not only want to spoilt us for choices but also try to make our night more fun with exciting activities such as ‘Go Nuts for Nuts’ and ‘Get Your Balls Straight’. The weather is not good and raining at the half way of affair, lucky Tiger Bites set up a cosy ‘Chill lah’ area (indoor) for the convenience of foodies to kick back and relax. =)
Chilling out with my friends at Chill Lah area, drinking cold Tiger beers (i prefer Tiger Radler) and eating scrumptious street foods, awww~~~~ i had a great night!

Back in August, Tiger Bites challenged foodies to a gastronomical hunt around Malaysia to uncage hidden street flavours. Embarking on roads less travelled, food lovers traversed the country in search for rare but yummy hawker nom noms, pinning their discoveries on Tiger Beer’s microsite www.tigerbites.com.my for others to explore. Prizes such as 18 sets of GoPros, phone lenses and selfie tripods were rewarded to participants of this 11 week long contest. The participant who put together the best street food trail (which combines the most number of pins dropped and total distance travelled) was identified and awarded with an all-expenses paid trip for two to Taiwan where more great meals await.
