Lovers of all foods Mexican will find this collection is excellent. Impiana KLCC Hotel brings you a week of tantalising and sumptuous semi buffet style Mexican cuisines by Chef Ivan Chavarria Hernandez, who has worked in famous restaurants like La Sucursal, Valencia and Spain to Motel Mexicola.
Indulge in "Flavours of Mexico" with the mouth-watering and delicious range of food packed with superb mixture of the authentic Mexican food at Cedar on 15, the rooftop restaurant with stunning KLCC night view.
Kick start our dinner with a depth of combination flavours.
Salad of Mexican turnip and beetroot in tamarind dressing.
Handmade corn tortilla with lettuce, sour cream and black bean sauce.
Steamed tender corn with sweet chili and lime.
Crema de Frijol  (Creamy bean soup)
I get better mouth feel with this thicker creamy soup, so comforting but a bit salty for me.
Prescado a la Veracruzana (Fish fillet veracruz style)
Pescado à la Veracruzana is one of the most famous seafood dishes of Veracruz on the Caribbean coast of eastern Mexico. The fish fillet simmered in tomato sauce, capers, olives and capsicum. The fish fillet is tender and flavourful.
Mole negro con pollo (Chicken in traditional black "Mole" sauce)
What is Mole negro? This sauce is spicy and contains chocolate and so, along with mole poblano is the type of sauce most people associate with moles. Popular with enchiladas and shows up in chicken Mexican dishes. Personally i think the chicken's meat texture is not smooth enough as i like to eat the tender one.
Flan Traditional (Classic Mexican custard)
