Butler & Chef @ Publika Solaris Dutamas, the Italian Omakase

My friend always said I crave high quality on foods, so finding a good and authentic Italian cuisine when dining out is a challenge. 
Recently, i found a new Italian cuisine that serves Omakase
WHAT?! Authentic Italian Omakase??? 
Of course i am familiar with this word "Omakase" but it only for Japanese restaurant, this is my first time to heard about that. Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means "I'll leave it up to you" which is a type of meal consisting of dishes selected by the chef. 
Butler & Chef located at Publika Solaris Dutamas, it was newly opened few months ago. 
Impressive and refreshing contemporary setting.
Whether the tables, cutlery and glassware, Butler & Chef offers a true fine dining experience.

Depends on the creativity of the chef, also do not hesitate to tell chef about your personal favourite and budget, the menu courses are specially tailored according to your taste buds with true Italian cuisine. 
Chef Mino let us to experience his 7 Chef Dinner Selections. 
Priced at RM 188++
To delight our taste buds, Chef choose a variety of appetizers to tempt us and serve them on a charcuterie board. 
Topped with baguette slices, buffalo cheese with pesto, tomatoes, smoked salmon, some green and prosciutto then drizzled with olive oil. It is perfect for sharing or for those who love taste-testing, so we all could enjoy without being overly filling. Then following by Brussels Sprouts Soup which topped with cream to warm our tummy. 
For the main course, we got the grill fish, T-bone and pasta. 
Chef Mino, the butler freshly prepare the dish in front of your eyes, gives you the unique opportunity to see the masters at work. This service known as Gueridon Service, which refer to "trolley service." Food is cooked, finished or presented to the guest at a table, from a moveable trolley. 
The grilled fish is so moist and tender, with wonderful flavors and serve with sauteed sliced bell peppers. 
The perfect steak actually doesn't need to breaking the bank, there is really nothing like a good steak on the grill. 
The T-bone steak is not too thick but not too thin also, the cuts is just nice to let the interior get cooked prefect medium-rare before the exterior can develop the crave-worthy crust. 
It's extremely delicious with little bit of black pepper can give it just that extra kick of flavor that takes a steak from good to great. Served along with herb roasted baby potatoes. 
Sometimes you just can't beat the classics. Al dente spaghetti served with a rich marinara sauce, mix with prawns, calamari and mussels for a spin on this tasty pasta.
Before complete our 7 Chef Dinner Selections, we had this Sgroppino. It is a slushy combination of lemon sorbet, vodka, and prosecco, which is common in Italy often served as a palate cleanser or dessert. This is exactly what we need right after the T-bone steak and pasta. 
Lastly, a beautifully plated fruit platter served on our dining table. Chef create a beautiful background on the plate by adding brightly colored fruits as accent points.
Overall, it is a romantic and lovely evening well-spent with delicious foods at this perfect ambiance. Priced adorable if for Omakase. We had the classic foods that are both healthful and not overly filling, you can lavishly live food out loud eating from their Omakase menu that will meet your expectations in every way.
